1. Eligibility for Returns

• To be eligible for a return, your request must be made within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation.
• We require three clear photos of the product issue to process your return request. These photos should clearly show the defect or problem with the product.

• To initiate a return, please email us at info@velvetrut.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and the three required photos.
• Once we receive your request and photos, we will review the issue and respond within 7-10 business days.

• In most cases, we will offer a reprint of the product over a refund. We believe in the quality of our designs and want to ensure you receive a product you’ll love.
• If a reprint is not possible, or if we determine a refund is the best course of action, we will process a refund to your original payment method.

• Please note that custom items, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
